玻璃纤维网格盘产品
玻璃纤维增强网格盘用于砂轮，是由用于砂轮的增强网状玻璃纤维布经冲床裁剪而成。该布料涂覆酚醛树脂或环氧树脂后烘烤制成。它有两种类型：一种是在涂有粘合剂的网布上覆黑色纸张；另一种是纯网格。该网格广泛用作以树脂为粘合剂的砂轮的基底材料。由该基底材料制成的砂轮具有优异的耐热性、较强的结构强度，以及高速切削能力和良好的结构强度。
我们的常规增强网状玻璃纤维布尺寸为：CNG5×5mm－260g/m²，CNG6×6mm－190g/m²，CNP8×8mm－260g/m²，CNG14×14－85g/m²；玻璃纤维盘外径为 Φ74±1、Φ96±1、Φ122±1、Φ146±1、Φ196±1、Φ246±1、Φ296±1、Φ346±1、Φ396±1 mm 等，内径为 Φ17±0.5、Φ23±0.5、Φ26±0.5、Φ33±0.5 mm 等，其他尺寸均可定制。
